Book Our Expert Led Group Classes Ranging From: Yoga, Strength, Pilates, HIIT, and More!

Please bring a Yoga/Pilates mat, towel and water to class! And be prepared to sweat!

Off-Peak members: you can still book classes outside your usual access hours, and your swipe card will work 20 minutes before class begins.

Staffed Hours:

Monday: 9AM – 8PM

Tuesday: 9AM – 8PM

Wednesday: 10AM – 8PM

Thursday: 10AM – 8PM

Friday: 10AM – 6PM

Saturday: 10AM – 4PM

Sunday: 10AM – 3PM
